This was our first experience with authentic Japanese Ramen and we were both pleasantly surprised. New cuisine, especially those with such history and tradition, can be scary to approach. How do you order, what do you order and of course am I really going to be able to enjoy this. Ramen Tatsunoya made it all easy. The menu is simple, just pick from 3 basic flavor profiles, light, bold and spicy, all of which come loaded with noodles, pork, mushrooms and more. There are several extras that can be added to your bowl.
Things to Know:
Grab a Fork, if chopsticks aren’t your thing there will be plenty of people using a fork.
Eat it fast, Ramen is meant to be slurped up quickly, since the noodles can and will soak up too much broth.
More Noodles Please… don’t be shy and get yourself some extra noodles for slurping!
Get there early! There’s usually a waiting line…but it moves quickly because as we’ve mentioned, Ramen is meant to be eaten quickly!
